I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to address a simple issue regarding a fee, but the manager was consistently unreachable and made no effort to resolve the concern once we spoke. What should have been a quick, reasonable conversation turned into unnecessary frustration. A bit of accountability and willingness to support customers would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider doing business here.

My first time getting a massage and its a great place for a massage! Very knowledgeable staff, Jamie who was my therapist was stellar! Managed to work a knot out of my right tricep that was feeling like tennis elbow (im a weightlifter btw) and reminded me of how important stretching is! Jamie is also fun and a great conversationalist!!! 5 out 5 stars 🌟 would highly recommend getting a massage here!

Today was my first time here and I was definitely impressed. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I made the right decision. My work was done by Jacqueline and she did amazing! I could literally feel her energy in her work.

I honestly love this place but it’s kinda disappointing when you schedule for something quoted 50$, (red light therapy) I agree to 60$ after communication to “use the sauna with the door closed”before starting which was fine…. and I get charged 89$ for it anyway. Lemme mind you the manager was smiling proud at me when I walked in for my session today. I show up to my appointments every time. I respect the policy. I enjoy my massages. I should have gotten a salt therapy but was refused it; I was told I couldn’t use it at the same time. For what I paid why couldn’t I ? I still got charged for all 3 and double that. I have asthma and could have benefited from this, I don’t appreciate the way I was treated at all. I shouldn’t have to call when the girl at the front desk knew exactly what she was doing with it. It’s sad because Sam was pretty great with the massage and I would have wanted to give a larger tip but this money hungry tactic really threw me off guard here. For this I will not return unless management will work this out with me. I feel extremely deceived. It’s not fair. This type of thing really takes a toll on the massage therapists working their hardest literally over something so stupid. You just kinda lost someone wanting to come back over wanting that extra 30 and some dollars.
