I’m dealing with chronic back pain, in spite of two fairly recent back surgeries. I’m hoping that I can get better results this time with chiropractic and massage, I am feeling confident that this can work after two visits with Knot Yourself. Jaci is working hard and seems extremely competent, so I feel that I am in the right place. This is a very friendly, yet business like approach and I am happy to be there!

Wonderful studio, and always very peaceful. I have seen two separate massage therapists there and they were both excellent. I feel very seen when I explain what part of my middle-aged body hurts today. 😆❤️
