Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please arrive for your massage appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) will be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

Clients must provide at least 24 hour cancellation notice. 
Due to increased demand and  growing clientele, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time.

No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
